Delivery Information
We are committed to providing quality products and an exceptional level of service for our customers. For in-stock products we aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible and can offer next day (or even same day delivery) where available. Please call us to find out more about our available delivery times for your products.
It’s our aim to deliver most other products within 10 working days, however, made to order products can take around 4 to 6 weeks during busy times. We will inform you of approximate delivery times when we confirm receipt of your order. If you’d like more information on delivery times, please call us on 01242 526946.
We deliver the majority of our orders using our own vehicles. Delivery charges are based on our closest site to your delivery address. You can get a delivery estimate using the checker to the right of this page. This charge will be shown separately on the checkout page before you confirm your payment.
We will contact you before delivery is made to arrange a convenient delivery date, and to give you an approximate time of delivery. Please let us know if you have access issues that we need to take into account (i.e You live on a lane not suitable for HGV’s.) We’ll do our best to work out a cost-effective way to still deliver to you but in some cases, we may have to increase our delivery charge.
We’ll deliver to the closest point of your property to the delivery vehicle. We’ll always try to place your products in a convenient place. It is then up to you to arrange to get your products placed where you need them on your property. The drivers may use their discretion if requested to carry products further, but please remember that some of these products are heavy and this may not always be possible

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are based on distance from our site and order value, with free delivery on orders over £500 up to 35 miles from our site. See table below to see which delivery zone you fall into, or use our handy postcode checker (right) for a delivery charge estimate. If you are outside our delivery zones the charge will be calculated on a mileage basis. For large / bulk enquiries please contact us to discuss delivery options.

Trade / Bulk deliveries
We offer a comprehensive delivery service, ranging from 7.5 Tonne vehicles up to 26 Tonne artic” loads. Often we will quote you a delivered price, particularly for bulk loads, but occasionally, on smaller orders we may quote a separate delivery charge, however, we will make this clear when you place your enquiry.
